Maintaining an accurate head count of all personnel within the confined space at all times● Safely monitors testing equipment and environmental conditions for any changes that may requirenew control measures or evacuation and rescue● Monitor all activities inside and outside of the confined space to determine whether it is safe forthe workers to remain inside of the confined space● Being competent in gas detection procedures and protocols, Understand and operated theequipment to ensure the safety of all workers in the confined space● To enforce the confined space permit, Complying with its control measures including implementingthe emergency rescue plan● Maintaining effective and unbroken contact with all personnel within the space by utilizing two-way radio, mutually agreed, documented and communicated hand signals, horns, lights, etc● Ordering the evacuation of the confined space as necessary● Initiate the agreed emergency rescue plan and notify emergency services, Supervise the emergencyrescue without entering the confined space● Preventing entry of any unauthorized personnel and equipment into the confined space by erectingbarricades, signs, etc● Adhere to and promote all company and site safety policies and procedures including maintainingstrict compliance with OH&S rules and regulations including pre-start and toolbox meetings, hazardidentification, TTTC and reporting and promoting a safe working environment that is LTI-free

● Safely operate, load and unload industrial CBW (Continuous Batch Washer), washer extractors,industrial dryers and industrial dryers utilising conveyors and storage trolleys to perform productionactivities according to the production plan, prioritising linen products for washing and drying basedon customer requirements● Ensure laundry equipment, such as industrial dryers, CBW (Continuous Batch Washer), washerextractors, conveyors, and storage trolleys, are well-maintained and in good working condition,● Foster positive relationships with internal team members about equipment and management byconsistently employing clear and effective communication skills● Undertake physical manual labour lifting over 30KG, follow correct manual handling techniqueswhen performing manual labour, lifting, and moving materials and equipment along with keepingthe factory clean and tidy ensuring a clutter-free and safe area● Conduct safe chemical handling including decanting undiluted chemicals into individual dilutedbottles as per manufacturer’s instructions, complying with all chemical handling policies andprocedures, adhering to all MSDS specifications● Conduct safety inspections, pre-starts and general maintenance on all laundry equipment andcovers before operating utilising hand tools including air pressure guns reporting any issues andtagging out if unsafe to use● Adhere to and promote all company and site safety policies and procedures including maintainingstrict compliance with OH&S rules and regulations including pre-start and toolbox meetings, hazardidentification and reporting and promoting a safe working environment that is LTI-free

● Responsible for general maintenance and upkeep of the lawns and gardens including using ride onand hand-held mowers, brush cutters, planting, whipper snippers, edgers, blowers, mulching,hedging, tree pruning, weeding and pest management● Perform general maintenance duties on kennels and training facilities including installing, buildingand repairing fences around the grounds including concreting, digging holes, securing poles, tyingoff and tensioning wire, installing and building gates, feeders and water drinkers● Provide care and welfare to the greyhounds in the kennel including providing proper nutrition toanimals according to feeding schedules and administering medications as instructed byveterinarians or pet owners along with maintaining records of animals' feedings and medicaltreatment● Undertaking physical manual labour lifting over 30KG, following correct manual handlingtechniques when performing manual labour, lifting and moving materials and equipmentconsistently for 12-hour shifts in challenging weather conditions and meeting all KPI objectives● Performed general mechanical diagnostics and repairs on machinery, LVs and equipment includingchanging oil, replacing filters, refuelling, replenishing fluids, changing brake pads, greasing andchanging tyres● Comply with all OH&S safety procedures including, pre-starting all equipment before operating,hazard identification and reporting, working as per SOPs and following the correct re-fuellingprocedures

● Seconded to various companies including Can Do Removals, Stopwatch Removals and Sacred HeartMission utilising 4.5 tonne Iveco Trucks to perform multi-drop removal pick-up and delivery serviceto various long-haul destinations, efficiently planning daily delivery routes to ensure timely andaccurate deliveries to customers and ensure that all loads were delivered as per KPI objectives● Safely operate 3-tonne Toyota Forklifts to load and unload materials and transport equipment tothe designated lay-down areas,● Utilise effective two-way radio communication when safely operating trucks carting furniture,boxes and items throughout various areas, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations,maintaining logbooks and road laws to guarantee the secure and efficient delivery● Utilised GPS technology for deliveries to efficiently plan daily delivery routes to ensure timely andaccurate deliveries to customers against order forms while meticulously inspecting load securityand checking for damages● Ensured that all loads were strapped accordingly and were compliant with load restraint guidelinesalong with safely loading and unloading trucks with boxes and items, conducting repetitive liftingof 40+KG ensuring the correct manual handling techniques were utilised● Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on all trucks, such as cleaning and lubricatingcomponents to ensure their reliability and report any issues to the maintenance team for promptrepairs and liaise with all mechanics to ensure that all equipment is maintained according toservicing requirements to reduce downtime and comply with maintenance procedures● Complete detailed pre-starts on trucks and forklifts and all mobile plant before operating checkinglights, fluids, oils, tyre pressure, hydraulics and electrics, tynes, mast, gas cylinder, cab and overheadguard before operating and reporting any defects● Ensuring full statutory and safety compliance of all maintenance activities
