Current-Responsible for day to day operations and production of Hot Foods Department overseeing 15+ employees-Actively manage sales growth and build large customer base of business by establishing customer confidence and being able to meet specific customer demands-Seek out and establish new accounts and increase client base-Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and develop higher department goals-Collect and provide feedback to upper management as to the departments overall growth-Interface with customers, employees, and management to increase sales-Employee training in processes and everyday tasks-Creative development of the department
