I demonstrated expertise in Gas Turbine, Boiler, and Steam Turbine Field Instrumentation, conducted failure analyses on DCS T3000 Siemens and Alspa Series 6 systems, MK6 General Electric Gas Turbine 9FA and 9E, and performed calibration of fuel control valves controlled by MOOG and REXROTH servo valves. My role also involved the application of RCA methodology, calibration of Bently Nevada 3500, Bruel Kjaer, and Emerson vibration monitoring systems, and modification and failure analysis of Allen Bradley PLC SLC5 and SLC500 for demineralized water plants. Additionally, I provided essential maintenance support during scheduled detections at the Andritz hydraulic generation station.
