Lead and drive capability building on Process and Quality for the Recruiting Community. Analyze and continuously improve the operational systems, processes and procedures of Recruiting AoP. Identify the need for new or revised processes, procedures and guidelines based on global changes, compliance trends, organizational needs and risk assessments. Act as a change manager for new processes, procedures and guidelines and support the implementation. Communicate and maintain a central repository for all processes, procedures and guidelines enabling a best practice sharing and central management. Lead role in identifying technology enhancements, and supports identification and selection of new tools/technology.
