At the Centre for Integrated Teaching, I worked closely with faculty members to help them simplify complex messaging and teach in a way that sparks deeper learning.My role also included producing and directing instructional and promotional videos, producing live streaming events, facilitating inter-campus video links and webcasts for internal and external audiences.

During this 6 month secondment I worked within a highly flexible team environment to assist with organization of the planning process, data collection, analysis, and writing of the MHC strategic plan. Working closely with the director of strategic research and analysis, I acted as an ambassador for the planning process, interacting with internal and external stakeholders in a consultative process to develop the college's 2020-2030 strategic plan.
