CurrentDeveloped software for real-time embedded applications in C and assembly. Clients include NASA, Pratt & Whitney Engine Services (Norwood, MA) and Rypos, Inc. (Holliston, MA).- Developed report generation functionality for Enhanced Flight Data Acquisition Storage and Transmission system (eFAST). Highly configurable eFAST provides real-time monitoring of engine and aircraft operation and performance during flight providing predictable maintenance and performance optimization. Generated reports provide vital flight data metrics and real-time diagnostics operators use for early detection of maintenance issues and minimize aircraft downtime during scheduled aircraft maintenance. Provides timely post-flight fault code/event review which enables determination of an aircraft's immediate availability.- Re-engineered and implemented PIC16 based controller software for self-cleaning diesel particulate filters. New design improved memory usage and performance allowing implementation of new regeneration algorithms and error detection/reporting, extending life of existing hardware. Modular design reduced maintenance and enabled seamless migration to PIC18 processor, reducing development costs of new products. Improved configurability enabled simpler and faster customization of products.- Implemented Power-on Built-in Tests (PBIT) in Coldfire assembly language for the Flight Data Acquisition Storage and Transmission system (FAST). Implemented Continuous Built-in Tests (CBIT) in FAST system. - Debugged and updated utility programs to prepare and load FAST object code into target hardware.
