Continuing build out and onsite installation of the Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite R Series Ground Segment (GOES-R) at Rodes 5 facility in Melbourne Fl to include the successful hardware integration of 155 equipment racks of IBM servers, Cisco 7000 series switches, Juniper 3600 Services Gateway, etc. to support the Mission Management, Product Generation, Product Distribution etc. for the NOAA Satellite Operations Facility, (NSOF), Suitland MD, Wallops Command and Data Aquisition, (WCDAS), Wallops Island Virginia, and the Remote Back Up site, (RBU), in Fairmont WV. This server room build includes ten thousand+ fiber and copper network cables for the GOES-R Ground Segment Program to support the early 2016 scheduled launch of NOAAs first GOES-R series Satellite.

Cyber Infrastructure Management, Network Operations Center support of the Harris Tier III Cyber Solutions Cloud Services infrastructure in Harrisonburg, Va. Provisioning, monitoring and maintenance of Virtual Servers, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003, Containers and VMs employing BMC Software (BBNA, BBSA, CLM and Remedy AR) and VMWare vSphere 4.1. supporting client applications. Implementation of Active Directory, Public Key Infrastructure and Personal Identification Verification to HSPD12 standards for secure communications.

Participated in the FAA, FDCA, SEZMI, McDonald's and GOES-R programs. Provided technical assistance to the HIT’s TAC. Trained at the Ft Irwin Army National Training Center on the VMRE system. Created the McDonald’s floor plans for the pilot program and supported installations from the TAC. Participated in FDCA SM card programming in Wilmington, Ohio. Participated in Fortress training. Served in the Harris/FAA Eastern Service Activation Center, primarily involved in FTI network circuit activation, cutover and acceptance. Also performed repairs and assisted field techs with installations during planned maintenance windows for the FTI network build out. Provided technical support for the IPTV, ETV and VTC Audio/Video installations in the new Southcom Headquarters in Miami. Managed crews for the installation of TVs in all areas at Southcom and for the Barco VTC installations in the multiple business centers. Alignment and calibration of the 4X6 Barco Video wall installations in the two major conferencing centers at Southcom. Provided Project Analyst support to the Ft Belvoir AMC VTC relocation project in Virginia. Tracked the requirements and procedures employed by the technicians and engineers during the setup and maintenance of classified and non-classified video teleconferences. The information was required to prepare for turning down operations at Ft Belvoir and standing up of operations at Huntsville Al.Began build up of the GOES-R Ground Segment Laboratory at Rodes 5 facility in Melbourne Fl to include the installation and stand-up of IBM servers, Cisco 7000 series switches, Juniper 3600 Services Gateway, etc. and the copper and fiber cabling systems infrastructure to support the Mission Management, Product Generation, Product Distribution etc. for NSOF, WCDAS and the RBU site.

Responsible for drafting and evaluating hardware test procedures for the Telemetry and Vehicle Uplink Systems (Command Control) during the Air Force Instrumentation Modernization effort throughout the Eastern and Western Test Ranges in support of West Coast, Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral launches. Assisted with site surveys and collaborated with facilities engineering on equipment layout. Provided engineering support to shops and field technicians during test and NDE of complex Telemetry and Vehicle Uplink Systems. Procedures drafted were employed from individual unit delivery through system operational acceptance

Provided surveillance over the Progress Telecom network. Interfaced with ILEC, CLEC and IXC customers during periods of outage and network maintenance. Interfaced with FAA on tower lighting outages. Activated and maintained database on NOTAMS. Interfaced with FAA regional offices on Cell and Microwave tower location and height restrictions in vicinity of local and regional airports. Knowledgeable on FAA Part 77 requirements dealing with obstruction to airspace. Interfaced with PTC legal department regarding right of way access and service limitations. Provisioned customer T1,OC12, OC48, OC192 and wireless traffic via Metasolv.

Provided engineering support for the Cape Canaveral AFS TV Operations Center, cable TV, wideband, narrowband, Range Safety video vans, Flight line van, and WSC-3 Satcom as well as ATM/SONET, ISDN IP, Cape Fiber Optic Node (CFON)/Network Control with data transport from low speed to DS-3 broadband multiplexers throughout the Cape and various Comm switches at the ROCC,VIB, LOCC and XY buildings. Was Cape Comm POC for all related I&M projects and co-chaired the Joint Working Group meetings with engineers from the Cape and Kennedy Space Center to analyze logistics support and MTBF/MTTR for launch critical telecom infrastructure. During launch support activities I was the Cape Communications POC for the above systems and provided fault detection assistance and direction to technicians in all of those areas. Instituted engineering changes to the above systems to satisfy customer requirements. Responsible for the upgrading and installation of intra-building fiber systems on the Cape and KSC for CSR, NASA and the Department of Defense.
