• Execute buy-side and sell-side M&A deals in the U.S. and Germany, primarily in education and travel, while maximizing sale value and achieving acquisition goals for clients (ex. desired EBITDA or revenue multiples) • Delve into extensive market research across multiple industries, research industry trends, and create prospect lists • Conduct quantitative analysis to create precise DCF valuation and projection models and highlight growth potential• Strategically create detail-oriented company CIM, Management Presentations, and other related documents to emphasize business highlights and potential operational enhancements for new owners on sell-side deals

• Facilitate creation of 15-20 equity analysis reports on publicly traded companies, located primarily in southern states, during Tulane University spring and fall semesters• Manage student analyst groups ensuring weekly report deadlines are met and work is complete• Proof and edit reports for accuracy, coherence, professionalism, and relevance
