Working as part of the Digital Finance & Innovation team, I implement solutions that enables the company to better utilise data through automation to provide deeper, more insightful results and analysis. I also assist with projects that deliver improvements in governance & compliance policies and to provide time-saving back to employees so that they can focus more on business partnering.I work with a number of different platforms and help to advise on which digital automation solution is right through the process of "digital sensing". I primarily specialise in the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power BI and Power Apps, with an emerging program of work being developed for Power Automate

Working in the Finance Transformation unit, my role involves promoting and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives across the steel products division of the company. This is a role that involved learning RPA from scratch in August 2019, before working with my team to develop a sustainable Automation Operating Model. This model has seen me work in various parts of the development lifecycle including (but not limited to) solution design, development and implementation.Part of this role also involves my contributions into building the skills of others who wish to learn RPA for their own business problems. This culminated in my facilitation of a technical workshop in June 2022, part of a wider "Citizen Developer" pilot program

Analysing team finances, with emphasis on IT equipment and services to deliver cost savings to my unit. Currently developing and implementing new processes for managers to better organise and utilise IT equipment in a more efficient manner so that cost savings are maintained. Also analysed and broke down operating expenses so that these could be clearly communicated to managers in a more detailed and refined way. Worked within the Enterprise Services unit of the bank. Gained experience with collating data from a large source, compiling relevant statistical trends and data to help improve the potential efficiency of servers during the bank's processing tasks. I also gained experience in the AGILE method of software development, interpreting case requirements from clients and locating defect details.

University Of Wollongong

Produced a report on the drivers of international student attrition at the University of Wollongong. This process included compiling data suitability reports, data cleaning and preparation as well as using SPSS Statistics for analysis.
