He received a Masters in Accounting from the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business, and his Law Degree from the University Of South Carolina School Of Law. Mr. Payne has been representing South Carolina families for over 30 years. Mr. Payne was a founding board member of the Carolina's Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; a Past President of the South Carolina Chapter of NAELA; and a Charter Member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners.
