I’m a highly creative and technically minded individual. I pride myself on team communications, but am more than competent on working alone. I am a determined individual who is interested in developing my current skillsets. I have over 9 years of experience working in retail, from advisor to leadership levels, and now I've branched out into IT, as its been my passion for many years. I'm currently a part time student with the Open University doing an IT and Computer course, whilst working as the First Line Support Analyst at Orridge and Co, where I work with a cross-functional team of 3, assisting with general IT queries, helping test any new stocktaking developments for our clients, as well as undertaking a whole range of Asset Tracking, soft and hardware rebuilding across multiple devices.Previously, I worked at o2 as an Assistant Store Leader, coaching and leading a team to achieve their potential for our customers and for themselves.If you catch me outside of work, I'm either engrossed in a video game, or riding around on my motorbike.
