Started my sales career calling for a variety of industries and products, learning the basics of prospecting.

 Interned with Team Drea, a small nonprofit organization that raises money for ALS research.  Conducted research for their upcoming documentary, focusing on marketing strategies and fund allocation. Attended regular board meetings where I observed the strategic planning needed to successfully run a nonprofit. Wrote a letter of inquiry for a grant application with the hopes of funding the premiere of Team Drea’s documentary. Worked closely with leadership to offer insight into capacity building, marketing, event planning, and goal setting.

 Worked with and closely supervised campers of all ages and on all levels of the spectrum to ensure they had a memorable camp experience.  Assisted with all levels of personal care needs.  Assigned a new camper each week, having to adapt to their needs using any means necessary.  Fostered critical thinking and problem-solving skills in high-stress situations, having to learn how to diffuse a wide variety of situations. Supervised the camper throughout the day as they engaged in activities such as swimming, ziplining, and gym activities, among many others.

• Worked with children in grades K-5. Responsibilities included their well-being while maintaining a structured schedule, teaching logical and social exercises. • Travel on field trips with a group of 62 children. Responsible for tracking the children, keeping them organized, and overall success of the field trip. • Responsible for conflict resolution, behavior award system, creative methods for learning and building confidence, identifying behavior problems, collaborating with colleagues, and communicating with parents.• Participate in recreational activities with the campers while supervising them to ensure the best possible camp experience.
