Digital Transformation (DT):DT is a five year program to update AF Group’s target operating model and business processes to prepare the organization for the future. DT includes replacement of core systems with Guidewire (GW) InsuranceSuite & digital portals and VUE Software. Serving as DT program lead responsible for execution and leadership, including oversight and accountability, program management, system development, business process management, organizational change management, and PwC systems integrator oversight. Accomplishments:• Successfully implemented BillingCenter and ClaimCenter & portals without any critical issues. • Producer Lifecycle (Agency) Management and PolicyCenter & BillingCenter (phase 2) are under development.New Business Strategies:In August 2016, AF Group was awarded servicing carrier contracts for IN and MI. In December 2017, the Board approved P&C diversification into commercial auto (trucking). Served as program manager responsible for coordinating implementation tasks. Accomplishments:• Servicing Carrier MVP startup was successfully launched January, 1, 2017 – startup included standing up a new operation (people and processes) and implementing (in four months) a new instance of Guidewire InsuranceSuite and portals hosted in the cloud. • Commercial Auto MVP startup was successfully launched April 1, 2018 – startup included licensing, creating a new MGU, standing up a new operation (people and processes) and implementing (in six months for four states) a new instance of Guidewire InsuranceSuite and portals hosted in the cloud.
