I manage the application of our servers to provide solutions for our college's needs. I manage SCCM to remotely manage the computers in our college, as well as set up servers for Web Applications and other programs that need a server structure. I am also the lead engineer for; Print Servers, WSUS, DirectAccess, Citrix and DFS. I am the Team Lead for the Windows and Linux engineers, I help interview new hires, train new engineers and lead training and delegation of projects to my team.

I would troubleshoot Professors computer problems and try to get them the best solution possible. I worked with my team to streamline our support and help each other get problems fixed as soon as possible.

I worked in a team of technical support engineers to bring solutions to our customers. My main responsibility during my internship was to analyze the support process to suggest and make improvements. During my time I migrated a massive amount of raw information contained in a OneNote repository to the companies knowledge base, creating over a hundred new articles. I did an analysis of the knowledge base search portal, and assembled potential bugs and User Interface issues to present to the Knowledge Lead. I revamped the training process specific to the product we supported, creating tasks for new hires to complete. These included challenges that involved fixing the result of PowerShell scripts that broke the system in a specific way. I also wrote a PowerShell script to parse through log files and folders looking for focused information. This script will save countless hours of reading through thousands of lines of logs to find problems.

I managed the front and back-end of the inventory database used at Ecoological. For the back-end I created and managed a Microsoft SQL Server on AWS. I then connected the database to a Microsoft PowerApps front end. I worked with Ecoological management to roll out software updates for PowerApps as well as any infrastructure growth for Microsoft SQL.

I worked on the Easy Tech team for a summer job, I would help with virus scans and other troubleshooting. I also was employee of the month in July for sales of computers and printers and customer satisfaction.
