Drive day to day operational needs of the Data.com P&L within the Emerging Business portfolio of Salesforce.com, partnering closely with finance while driving cross-functional alignment.

Lead the operations team supporting the Data.com Customers for Life (CFL) organization, prioritizing and managing the cadence for the renewals, customer success, and technical support functions. Provided leadership and strategic input during three executive transitions in CFL and the corresponding re-organizations of the function.

Developed the foundation for the Customers for Life (CFL) operations team, assisting in the hiring, on-boarding, and development of three additional analyst resources. Provided valuable analysis and business recommendations to the Vice President of CFL, Data.com. Built the operational framework for post-sales functions of renewals, customer success, and technical support for what was at the time the largest Salesforce.com acquisition.

Responsible to provide business trend analysis to Vice President Customers for Life, Data.com while identifying system integration path for Data.com (Jigsaw.com at the time) into broader parent company. Developed reporting packages and dashboards for managing the cadence of the Customers for Life organization.

Facilitate and assist in Whitworth's service learning and community engagement programs, focused primarily on development of relationship with low income neighborhood through establishment of 501(c)(3) business association.
