I was promoted to Media and Communications Assistant as a result of the work completed during the internship.- Managed Melbourne Vixens social platforms providing game-day coverage to an average audience of 69,000 followers across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.- Analysed social media metrics and prepared reporting to identify trends and weaknesses in existing social media campaigns of both Netball Victoria and Melbourne Vixens' multiple social media channels. Campaigns saw 45% average open rate.
