My culinary passions began after inhaling the scent of homemade Marinara sauce simmering all day in my neighbor's kitchens while growing up in Queens, New York. I came home from grade school to watch the "Galloping Gourmet" on TV, and my dream of cooking began.I eventually moved to San Diego to become the corporate Chef at the headquarters of Jenny Craig.It was in San Diego that I transitioned my career into senior dining, as a tribute to my parents.My love for serving seniors continues to this day, as I serve our residents here at Morada Senior Living
