Partnering with Marriott, he was instrumental in leading the creation and development of the Moxy brand in the United States, beginning with the 2017 Moxy Times Square followed by Moxy Chelsea, Moxy East Village, Moxy South Beach, Moxy Lower East Side, Moxy Williamsburg, and most recently a dual-brand Moxy and AC in Downtown Los Angeles. The seven properties comprise over 2700 keys alongside 38 restaurants, bars, and nightlife venues operated in partnership with leading food & beverage operators. Throughout his career, he has been influential in some of the most iconic hotels in the world, including The Boca Raton, The Delano South Beach Hotel, Gramercy Park Hotel, and Edition brand. For 10 years until its sale to LVMH in 2019, he served on the Board of Directors of Belmond (NYSE: BEL; formerly Orient-Express Hotels Ltd.); He is a member of the Board of Directors of WMC Health, a $2.2 billion, 9 hospital, regional healthcare network, and previously served as Chairman of the Board for five years until 2021. He is an Attorney at Law and a Certified Public Accountant.
