• Implemented Predictive Dialing solution in Corporate Call Center, providing automated outbound phone calls to perspective clients. Project increased profits by 10%.
• Implemented Call Accounting software that provided reports on call volumes and costs for an AT&T G3 Switch. Project provided information that allowed the corporation to bill specific cost centers and clients for calls.
