Manage 52 staff members responsible for the following operational entities: Help Desk, PC Support, LAN Administration, LAN/WAN Engineering, Infrastructure and Security, Internet Support, Database Administration, Voice/Data Communications and Call Center Telephony.

• Responsible for the 24 x 7 x 365 support of BostonCoach's Voice and Data communications Infrastructure.• Developed and implemented strategic plan that successfully introduced technologies including Novell 4.11, Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Windows 95, SPRINT Multi-protocol Frame Relay Wide Area Network, Microsoft SQL Database, Oracle Databases and Web technology while maintaining existing AS/400 operations.• Negotiated new local and long distance rates with Telephony providers to achieve 30% discount over previous rate.• Created Frame Relay based WAN that connected 14 offices reducing costs and increasing network performance. Existing lines were replaced with Frame Relay connections that increased stability and recoverability while also increasing bandwidth. • Designed, built and project managed the implementation of a new call center in Philadelphia, PA to provide load balancing and disaster recovery services for our 24 hour Call Center Operation.

• Managed a staff of 15 LAN Engineers and 5 LAN administrators responsible for the day-to-day operations and support of the corporate Local and Wide Area Network.• Network was comprised of over 70 Novell File Servers, 30 Windows NT File Servers, 20 SUN Solaris File Servers, 24 Cisco Routers, AS/400 hosts, RS/6000 servers, Imaging servers with optical jukeboxes, an IBM mainframe with multiple high speed Kodak and IBM printers, and over 1800 PCs.• Built a 60,000 Sq. Ft. Tier II Data Center and project managed the movement of corporate headquarters from Boston, MA to Westboro, MA. Project managed the movement of the Print Mail/Fulfillment division from Chelsea, MA to Lynnfield, MA. Project managed the consolidation of the Boston Facility from six floors to three. All moves required the movement of users and their Data and Voice Equipment.• Implemented Predictive Dialing solution in Corporate Call Center, providing automated outbound phone calls to perspective clients. Project increased profits by 10%.• Implemented Call Accounting software that provided reports on call volumes and costs for an AT&T G3 Switch. Project provided information that allowed the corporation to bill specific cost centers and clients for calls. • Implemented Computer Output to Laser Disc project to replace the use of microfiche and hard pack printing. Project saved the company over $1 Mil/year.
