Project increased profits by 10%.• Implemented Call Accounting software that provided reports on call volumes and costs for an AT&T G3 Switch. Project provided information that allowed the corporation to bill specific cost centers and clients for calls. • Implemented Computer Output to Laser Disc project to replace the use of microfiche and hard pack printing. Project saved the company over $1 Mil/year.
