Production Coordinator at BBC Studios. Recently completed BBC Studios' Production Coordinator Apprenticeship, providing a comprehensive understanding of the production process from pre- to post- through involvement in a number of productions, namely: Countryfile, Nigella's Amsterdam Christmas, Antiques Roadshow, Fake or Fortune?, Gardeners' World, and Eurovision 2023 where I was a Delegation Host to The Netherlands. Proficient on-location and in studio environments, having worked on the aforementioned productions within BBC Studios' Factual Entertainment & Events department, being awarded "Rockstar of the Month" in recognition of my work. My expertise lie in budgeting, scheduling, and logistics management for both UK and foreign shoots, as well as extensive experience with the legal and technical requirements of productions such as clearing copyright, producing deliverables documents and coordinating the edit. Leveraging my strong communication and negotiation skills, I foster effective relationships within teams and with stakeholders at all levels. I am also first-aid and health and safety trained (accredited by Lazarus and BBC Studios respectively).My broad interest in digital media extends outside of work where I co-run Layerable, a virtual and augmented reality consultancy. I am also a resident at The Studio in Bath, Bath Spa University's award-winning city centre home for enterprise and innovation.I have a MA in Virtual and Extended Realities from UWE, and BSc in Geography from the University of Bristol. My master's culminated in the production of an industry-ready immersive augmented reality experience around sustainable fashion, which I had the pleasure of iterating upon and exhibiting in new form with renewed purpose at Sustainable Fashion Week 2022. I have also had the opportunity to present my master's research, advocating for AR as a new medium of experience for interaction installation art, at the Extended Senses Symposium organised by the University of Greenwich and University of the Creative Arts. My undergrad culminated in the production of a short film following the life of a drag artist which, in 2019, screened at two ethnographic film festivals in Zadar, Croatia, and Skopje, North Macedonia. My written thesis also won the History and Philosophy of Geography Research Group (HPGRG)'s Undergraduate Dissertation Prize that year and now lives on their website.
