I have challenged myself to develop my leadership and responsibility through my work as a Lead Technical Trainer in the Grassroots Program with the Chinooks Soccer Club. In this role, I plan, organize, direct, and deliver soccer training sessions to U4 – U8 boys and girls in a structured soccer academy program. I need to not only lead the players and other trainers in organizing and running drills, but I also need to communicate with parents about the program and learning objectives. Since I have been involved, this program has grown considerably in popularity as evidenced by the number of participants increasing from 35 initial participants to 125 participants over a 2-year span.

At Earl’s, these results require exceeding a customer’s expectations for quality and satisfaction in their food and service.
