My passions have been about building start-ups my entire career. From an Application Training Company, to founding Information Security IAM company delivering SAML SSO with no VC (IFS, first in the world to deliver SAML SSO sold to One Equity Partners) to starting a Search Firm specializing in making that special match in Information Security and with that “purple squirrel” Corporations can’t seem to find. Having been in the technology industry in security for over twenty years before being named Small Business Person of the Year by the Columbus Chamber of Commerce. Business First magazine as one of Columbus’s Most Remarkable Women, ComSpark Columbus TechPower Player, W.E.L.D. Calendar Recipient, and as one of “Columbus’s Women to Watch” for my accomplishments and involvement in the community while growing Precise Resource, and NAWBO bestowed me Visionary Award Recipient with the creation of my latest venture Precise Resource, Inc., and proudly getting Dyslexia Law in Ohio in December of 2011.My drive is insatiable and I am so energized by interacting with people and building new relationships. I thrive on helping my clients achieve and exceed goals. I love understanding and thoroughly reaching talent challenges of technology and security individuals and translating hurdles into practical business solutions that are achievable in an attainable manner.
