For the last decade, I have had the amazing opportunity to:• Advise some of the most influential technology vendors, advising their executive teams regarding human behavior and the impact human experience has on the success of companies, products, and services.• Consult and advise private equity firms and Wall Street analyst firms on the current state of information systems and services, helping them understand which technology has the most opportunity to impact, or disrupt, and which technology to avoid investing into.• Guide leadership teams from some of the most influential healthcare systems in the nation. Consulted with them on how to align their clinicians toward leveraging digital care systems with the goal to ameliorate the growing frustration doctors and nurses have with their digital care tools.• Build from scratch a customer success team charged with servicing over 3000 clinics and hospitals across the world. Helping them strategically address misalignment of leadership teams, clinicians, and technologies. Our team played key roles in change management summits, and onsite change management interventions.• Be instrumental in the development of the consulting and advisory arm of the organization. Laying the groundwork for a team that has grown from two to eight consultants, meeting with and advising over 150 technology and service vendors a year. • Turn around the marketing department which previously held little impact, to a department that is now sought after by internal business units for its ability to impact and magnify the influence the organization has on the healthcare industry. Created strong press, blog, and social media strategies; grew our exposure by 450% in just three years.• Establish a partner strategy focused on developing relationships with channel partners to move the organization’s research and influence to a broader audience. e.g. media conglomerates, associations, academic, and government agencies.
