I commenced a 12 month Industry Based Learning placement with PoMC in August 2010 as a part of my university degree and was invited to stay on as a Student Engineer on a casual basis upon returning to university.

Granor Rubber and Engineering is a firm that specialises in the design and manufacture of expansion joint systems for bridges, structural bearings and engineering rubber products.I was employed on a casual basis working full time during my university holidays and was responsible for fabrication and assembly of bridge components while working from engineering drawings and specifications.
