I enjoy work that sits at the interface of earth observation, machine learning, management and policy. It revolves around testing and development of quantitative methods and earth observation workflows, with a focus on being flexible, scalable and repeatable. I have pure and applied research experience in a wide range of disciplines, including habitat mapping, time series monitoring, natural resource management, environmental economic accounting, disaster mapping/monitoring, precision agriculture and conservation. I have developed workflows for a range of spatial data types, including integration with in-situ, drone-based and aerial data sources. I work in a range of environments from coastal and marine through to rainforest and deserts.
