As head of 900lbs' Interactive Producer's department, Massey was responsible for coaching producers, organize production processes and pipelines, improving quality control measures, and optimizing work estimation routines. Mitchell proved integral in delivering highly immersive and scalable technology platforms at 900lbs; applying agile video game project management methodologies to merge rapid development techniques, user centered design, and game science into marketing, sales, and training tools.Mitchell's strategy focus allowed him to support studio initiatives, team culture, and internal operations; while applying emerging technologies R&D, and analytics-based product insights, to help scale our capabilities.
