I am the Managing Partner with McRae Law Firm, a boutique law firm headquartered in Delray Beach, Florida which concentrates its practice in business law, business litigation, and commercial real estate. We represent businesses and individuals throughout Florida in a broad spectrum of commercial matters, including business litigation, securities litigation, real estate litigation, commercial real estate transactions, complex business transactions, commercial loan workouts, foreclosure litigation, corporate and partnership disputes, insurance litigation, and contract litigation, among others. We also regularly practice in federal court in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, in addition to Florida state courts.Practicing law for 40 years, I have handled around 1,500 business litigation court cases and conducted more than 125 trials to conclusion (including 20 jury trials, numerous evidentiary hearings, and arbitration final hearings). I chose to be a lawyer because of my abiding interest in studying the theory and structure of government, and the constitutional limits placed on each of our three branches of government by our Constitution. I strongly and passionately believe in the advocacy system by which we resolve civil disputes.
