I discovered my passion for programming during a Microsoft Excel class with a section on Visual Basic. Since then, I've been actively coding, with 790 GitHub commits in 2022 alone. I started with VBA, explored Python, and settled on JavaScript (TypeScript). In high school, I had a rocky start, but I gradually became a more dedicated learner. After high school, I made the honor roll in my first college semester, though I eventually dropped out. My enthusiasm for learning remained strong and led me to the world of software development.During my three years at Tommy Car Wash Systems, I moved up from production to becoming the sole software developer for our IT team. In my current role, I focus on developing applications and integrating business software, holding four certifications. I also work on side projects to stay up-to-date with technology (here's one of my more recent projects: https://github.com/mitchelldirt/remix-todo-list).As a web/software developer, I'm driven by learning, building software, and collaborating with great people. I'm passionate about contributing to a product/company that makes a difference in the world and enjoy sharing my programming insights on my blog (mitchellmudd.dev/blog).Feel free to connect with me at developer@mitchellmudd.dev or message me here on LinkedIn. š
