In 2011 I exited the day to day running of the business and handed over to a very capable Managing Director and his team. In my position on the board I enjoyed assisting MD and senior management team as the company grew hugely. This growth resulted in Freeze Pro Shop employing 35 staff and seeing off challenges from many competitors in an extremely challenging economic environment for retailers. Freeze Pro Shop became a market leader in the adventure sports and fashion retail sector during this period.
