Represented and protected Quorum's vision, mission, and values in all legal matters, led corporate compliance, and drove strategy for future growth. Selected accomplishments include:*Conducted the sale and successful integration of Quorum to Advarra, one of the largest transactions and integrations ever for a commercial IRB. *Established and built effective and efficient legal, compliance, and quality operations leveraging metrics and systems to drive highest and best use and to create visibility for senior leadership. *Drove GTM plans for industry changing SaaS products, executed strategic global partnerships and reseller arrangements to drive product adoption, ensured compliance, and constructed and protected intellectual property portfolios. *Conceptualized, built, and ran the P&L for "Kinetiq," the compliance & regulatory consulting division of Quorum, leading to 100% year-over-year revenue growth and repeat clients like Ancestry.com, Lilly, iSpecimen, and the UC System. *Shaped Quorum's leading image, thought leadership presence, and governmental relationships.
