Mitchell Rasor, Rasor Principal, has over twenty five years of experience with all aspects of landscape architecture, planning, and urban design. He is a licensed Landscape Architect in Maine, Connecticut, Arizona, Colorado, and New Hampshire in addition to holding CLARB Certification. The office is currently planning and designing 2500 units of housing throughout New England and is working with numerous communities to address critical issues such affordable housing, complete streets, and downtown/waterfront resiliency.Rasor’s approach to landscape architecture and urbanism communicates a clear understanding of use and design. Mitchell was a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Southern Maine Research Computing Group and has been a critic and speaker at such institutions as Bowdoin College, Bates College, the University of Virginia, and the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
