Identify new potential clients through leads, referrals and walk-ins, provide new potential clients with quotes after assessing their needs, complete all necessary paperwork to finalize business, provide customer service to current clients related to policy changes, billing issues and additional products/services requested, maintain relationships with new and existing clients to discover needs through outbound calls and in person meetings, communicate with underwriters as needed to deliver any follow up information necessary to activate coverage, as well as gathering status updates to deliver to new and existing clients.

Oversee all activity in the Office Services Center in the Lexington and Louisville office, coordinate project deadlines in order to ensure completion, order supplies for the Lexington and Louisville offices, maintain and balance petty cash, go over and complete new hire paperwork with new hires and train new employees on standard work procedures.

Keep accurate file inventory, sort office records and legal documents, make daily filings in office files, close files when the case is completed and send to offsite storage, and order closed files from offsite storage when requested. Also worked on file destruction at offsite storage location. This position required excellent time management to complete all daily filing, strong attention to detail to file documents in the right location, and persistent self-motivation to finish all required duties.

Complete heavily detailed tasks such as organizing medical records and pleadings, prepare attorneys for trial with notebooks, meet with clients to sign and notarize documents, and frequently deliver documents of high importance. To complete these tasks, a strong attention to detail is required, along with the ability to balance and prioritize many assignments in a high stress environment. Completing the assignments also takes deliberate communication skills and comprehension in order fully understand the task and have to ability to clearly voice questions.

Offered excellent customer service as well as delicious coffee made just for you. Trained new employees on day to day activities along with drink-making and drive-thru techniques. Also carried out all necessary duties required to open and close the store and maintain a clean environment. Baristas were also required to sell pounds of coffee to customers inside the store and at the drive-thru window.
