This includes concept feasibly testing, part selection, CAD design and analysis, project documentation, and coordinating services with other organizations.• Performed mechanical and electromechanical engineering design and analysis -- Tolerance stacks, DFM, FMEA, GD&T, modeling, engineering drawings, design input requirements• Organized and performed mechanical design analysis testing to IEC, ISO, EN requirements• Worked vendors to procure quotes, samples, and prototypes of custom components• Documented work and progress in weekly presentations, ETRs, and quality management system• Reviewed and tested off-the-shelf components for integration into designFull time May-August 2015 and 2016, part-time September 2015-May 2016 and September 2016-May 2017.
