A great process improvement specialist, I love to find unconventional ways to address complex issues. I found my calling with detail-oriented problem solving of industrial processes by working directly with front line operators.With my time off I enjoy the outdoors, woodworking and spending time with family. I also love real estate and run a part-time land investment company. This keeps the creative juices flowing while allowing me to help others become property owners.With my combined experiences from different fields I have been able to come up with some unique approaches to resolve some complex issues. Over my nine years with Dupont I have contributed to many different improvements. I have streamlined general operator processes, developed constant acid dilution spraying systems and even designed proprietary process inventions that led to increased production yields.
