I have recently completed a global logistics leadership program, that has allowed me to gather insight into a global supply chain, while making an impact performing various logistics roles. I became an internal consultant where I cross-functionally collaborated with every department to implement projects. I started off as a supply planner, allocating a product line’s inventory throughout the US, Canada, and Latin America. I lead teams of up to 20 people as a warehouse manager, leading with an empathetic and a process improvement mindset to achieve KPI’s. I performed SAP/WMS procedures, while creating SOP’s for the processes to increase knowledge transfer and reduce acclimation time. I was a transportation manager, where I collaborated with forwarders for our sea shipments, as we were implementing Wakeo track & trace software and dealing with poor data quality. I developed a process to extract root causes, increasing visibility and signaling when Hilti or Wakeo needed to assist, to achieve our target. I am project managing with Blue Yonder TMS to propose and implement a tariff rate schedule for global replenishments, feeding into operational models to find the optimal blend of cost, automation, and efficiency. Pain points and wish list items are being gathered to solve our invoice verification inefficiencies, optimize shipments, and reduce manual processes through partnering with stakeholders. I have shown my flexibility, agility, and analytical problem solving to come in and constantly learn new processes and contribute.
