Subsequently was promoted to CFO and later CEO.Achievements included: • Developed strategic relationship with a $3 billion Korean based company that generated $1.0 million in licensing revenues in the initial year. • Principally responsible for establishment of all accounting systems and preparation SEC filings and communications, financial statements and annual reports. • Successfully completed reorganization of company and subsequent sale to NYSE Company.
