Kashmer Interactive, LLC provides a range of online marketing services for small, medium, and enterprise level businesses in a wide range of verticals. In my role as a Outreach Specialist I help businesses create targeted content for their websites. This content is placed both on their website and on off site publications. The content helps to position their website to show up in the Google SERP's. Not only does this content show up in the SERP's, but it also helps convert website users into paying customers. On a daily basis, I use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Majestic, Moz, Screaming Frog, and BuzzStream to analyze our client websites and make effective changes driven by data.

Camp Sea Gull is a part of the YMCA of the Triangle area and is the largest YMCA resident camp in the world. In this position I worked with staff and campers from every continent except Antartica. I managed a staff of 8-12 counselors that served 150-200 campers (10% of the camp population). We taught small boat sailing, sea kayaking, and led multiple day trips on a tall ship throughout the Southern Outer Banks.

I also was the lead facilitator for a corporate team-building program serving small businesses in the Asheville, NC area.

As part of a semester long internship in outdoor recreation I led team-building and environmental education classes for junior high students from Denver, CO. Taught Cross Country Ski Lessons and was lead guide for Snow Shoeing Day Trips in Rocky Mountain National Park.
