As the Solution Leader for P2Sentinel, I collaborate between multiple organizations to ensure that our solution always delivers an exceptional experience to our clients. I engage with marketing, sales, IP, consulting, and support.

As the System Architect of P2Sentinel, I have an understanding of the inner workings of the solution. I answer questions regarding if something is currently able to be done, how best to make a change to gain a desired benefit, test and measure the capabilities, and document my findings in executive summaries or full reports.

I am working for DeviceWorks taking the initial support of brand new solutions until they have enough implementations, documentation, and maturity to be transitioned to a permanent support team.

I handle the support after the initial Go Live of a client for a select handful of solutions during the consulting phase until the transition of support to a permanent support team.

I now work in ATG and consult for WebSphere, MillenniumMobile, P2Sentinel, and SOTI MobiControl.

I traveled to client sites to implement, train, and help the client decide how best to configure Cerner Millennium PathNet Microbiology.
