Prior to starting VividCharts, I had built up a wealth of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem through roles such as Implementation Specialist, Implementation Team Lead, and Solution Architect. I have built this experience at leading ServiceNow practices such as Fruition Partners, Cloud Sherpas, and Accenture.During my time helping customers implement ServiceNow, I realized there was a better way to automate operational reporting directly in-platform. This led to my co-founder and I starting VividCharts, an Elite Build Partner of ServiceNow’s and part of the ServiceNow Ventures investment portfolio, in 2018. Since then, I firmly believe we have spoken to and helped more ServiceNow customers become more efficient with automated operational reporting than anyone else on the planet.I have dedicated my career to the ServiceNow reporting problem.
