Involved in researching how teams and organizations may collaborate to successfully recover from disruptions to their operations (e.g., late or cancelled deliveries). In cooperation with several organizations (e.g., rail organizations, semiconductor assembler), I collected data and wrote research articles and reports. The adopted research methods include interviews and the quantitative analysis of company (archival) data (e.g., large Excel files).Additional activities include teaching and coordinating several Bachelor’s and Master’s courses in Operations Management and Supply Chain Management, varying from 80 to more than 400 students. The teaching activities include supervising individual theses, and giving lectures and tutorials (with an average student evaluation of 4,6 out of 5 across a period of almost 5 years). The coordination responsibilities involve structuring and redeveloping courses (including the switch to online teaching due to COVID-19), guiding and directing fellow teachers, and providing students with all relevant information.Successfully completed in November, 2021 (with a public defense on March 10, 2022).

In my role as a research assistant, I assisted professors with data collection, data analyses, and the reporting of results with the primary goal of writing papers for top journals. Most of the work revolved around analyzing and coding all survey-based articles about collaboration between organizations over the past 10 years for a systematic review.

Finance and Risk Management: Teaching a group of approximately 90 students on the basics of finance and risk management by discussing exercises, answering questions, and grading intermediate quizzes. Kwantitatieve Onderzoeksmethoden: A quantitative research methodology course in which I provided guidance to a group of 28 students whom went through an entire research process for the first time.
