Primary staff liaison to all six of BOMA/GLA's Regional Councils, covering Los Angeles County. Each Regional Council serves as an extension of the association's Board of Directors and provides guidance to the issues in the area and engages local officials. Primary staff liaison to the BOMA/GLA Political Action Committee (PAC), providing political strategy and administrative support. The PAC engages in both local and state races, supporting candidates through direct contributions and an endorsement process. Responsible for all advocacy communications including the Front Line Newsletter, the online blog and social media. Develops policy positions and engages with local, state and federal elected officials and department staff in an effort to further support the commercial real estate industry as it aims to bring new businesses and jobs to Los Angeles County.Represents the association as a member of the Los Angeles County Business Federation (BizFed) Executive Committee, BizFed PAC Board, the Downtown LA Transportation Management Organization (TMO) Advisory Council, the Long Beach Area Chamber Government Affairs Committee and as a member of the BOMA California Board of Directors.

Staff liaison to BOMA/GLA's Political Action Committee (PAC), Security and Emergency Preparedness Committee, Government Affairs Committee and Downtown, Northeast and San Fernando Valley Regional Councils.I provide legislative analysis and political strategy for the organization, while advocating on behalf of the commercial real estate industry at the local, regional and state levels. Continued relationships with the LAPD, LAFD, the LA Department of Building and Safety, the LA Mayor's Office, LADWP, the other major utility companies, regional transportation authorities and the cities of Santa Monica, Pasadena, Burbank and Glendale. In addition, I continue to represent BOMA/GLA on the Los Angeles County BizFed's PAC Board and Advocacy Committee and as an ex-officio member of the BOMA California Board of Directors. I also represent the association in relationships with local Business Improvement District, nonprofit partners and business coalitions.

Organize constituents and voters at the local level through field work and mass communication. In addition, I organized, inputted, and developed the various data samples coming in from the field to develop campaign strategy.

Provided public relations support at the House of the Temple. In addition I provided administrative assistance as needed for both the Supreme Council of the Southern Jurisdiction and the Scottish Rite Research Society.

Oversaw the logistical and organization aspects of a Section of Order of the Arrow that comprised of the County of Orange, County of San Diego, Inland Empire, and San Gabriel Valley. I was responsible for all communication and record handling, as well as being an integral partner in the development of program including the 2010 Section W4S Conclave and the 2011 AreaCorps Service Initiative.

Developed and implemented programs for teens in the City of Irvine, while working to encourage drug and alcohol prevention.I served in an advisory role with the Irvine City Council, sitting as a member of the Irvine Children Youth and Families Advisory Committee, the Underage Drinking Task Force, and as a partner to the Irvine Prevention Coalition and the Irvine Drug Prevention Coalition.

Developing an innovative method to assist in educating the community on their political rights, the structure of their local governments, and ways to become engaged in a civic manner.

Following a culmination of work with the Orange County Council of the Boy Scouts of America, I served as the President of their National Eagle Scout Association. During my year I assisted in the planning and execution of the annual Eagle Recognition Dinner, presided and spoke at multiple community events representing the Council, and finally served as the honorary Senior Patrol Leader of Troop 2010 comprised of Eagle Scouts that marched in the Rose Parade celebrating 100 years of Scouting in America.
