I started out my career working as a plumber with my father who runs his own company. Being part of the family business was a great experience and I did this for 4 years after which I felt it was time for something new. I chose recruitment as it revolves around people, and I am inherently drawn to understanding individuals, their strengths, and aspirations. Helping candidates find roles that align with their skills and goals, and assisting employers in building successful teams, gives me a sense of satisfaction. Specialising in construction having worked in the trades allows me to leverage my industry expertise, people skills, and passion for the construction sector.
