With an extensive background in sustainability analysis, including societal engagement, I have advised corporate and government clients on current and future impacts of changing regulatory environments, policy implications and strategy implementation. In addition to program evaluation and delivery, technical and non-technical (societal) analysis, program risk and asset performance for complex International and Australian projects with a strong focus on economic and social return. This has included management and analysis as part of Shell Australia’s Heath Safety Security and Social Performance (HSSSP) team, were I lead the team in Environment Social Governance (ESG) risk, presenting my analysis to the Shell team in The Hague.I have significant experience and understanding of the application of new technologies, including operational systems management. In addition, I have Masters level qualifications in Information Communication Technologies (MeB) and a MBA.More recently, as Managing Partner, I managed ERMs Performance & Assurance Practice for the Asia Pacific region. This required skills managing large teams across multiple jurisdictions, delivering complex consulting assignments.In addition, I have supported improved cultural performance within client businesses, by advising Boards and executive management on social governance, current and emerging sustainability issues and financial reporting. I can demonstrate considerable experience managing and working with a range of stakeholders and developing a progressive culture, providing detailed analysis and presentations to staff, communities and industry. I have had direct responsibility for the development and delivery of a number of consulting practices and corporate divisions, including managing global operations for a number of sustainability consulting practices, international networks of staff, with full P&L responsibility, (ERM, WorleyParsons).
