Current1. Managed the onboarding of HubSpot alongside the IT team, coordinating the needs of the Cellular, IM, and OEM business units as well as the executive sales team. Tasks and achievements include:- Daily monitoring of MQLs from HubSpot into NetSuite- Building weekly, quarterly, and FY reports for each Business Unit and campaign run- Connecting sales CRM and HubSpot data for closed-loop marketing reporting for the first time in Digi history- Writing and building 25+ ongoing automated email nurture workflows (each with 4+ emails) to push leads into sales CRM and nurture qualified leads into Opportunities.- Ongoing Training and engagement with senior level execs and frontline sales employees to ensure lead process is understood2. Managing the planning and implementation of all monthly webinars starting in June 2022. Tasks and achievements include:- Determining topics, assembling speakers, working with a 3rd party advertising platform to host the webinars- Wrote and filmed a promotional advertisement video to generate more leads- Built reports based on attendance vs. registration, source of leads, geographic data, and more- Average registration = 150, average attendance = 703. Manage all digital ad efforts for Corporate Digi, OEM, and Cellular business units. This includes Google Ads, Social Ads, and 3rd Party Publication ads.- Digital advertisements bring in 28% of all our MQLs – higher than any other single category – and 20% of all opportunities- Advertisements are a mix of Google keyword-driven search ads, YouTube video ads, Google display retargeting ads, and advertisements on 3rd party websites related to specific verticals- I’ve personally created 3 unique white papers or solution briefs to use as lead gen assets and I oversaw the creation of 1 animated explainer video to be used in digital display ads
