Mr. Hill serves as business advisor to Inari Medical. He assists the company’s executive team with a variety of strategic projects. Mitch served as Chief Financial Officer of Inari until October 1, 2024. Inari has developed and is commercializing innovative devices for the interventional treatment of deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.In 2018, Mr. Hill served as CEO of Flow Lighting Technologies, Inc., a company in the Internet of Things space focused on smart building management using sensors and cloud-based software.Until 2015, Mr. Hill served as President of the Freedom business unit of ALPHAEON® Corporation. Mr. Hill joined the company shortly after its founding in 2012 and he was ALPHAEON’s CFO until late 2014.Prior to joining ALPHAEON, he was CFO of Cameron Health, Inc. Cameron operated as a venture capital-backed medical device company between its founding in 2001 and its sale to Boston Scientific in June 2012. Boston Scientific purchased Cameron for upfront/FDA approval payments of $300 million and future earn-out payments of up to $1.05 billion.Prior to Cameron, Mr. Hill served as CFO of Visiogen Inc, a venture capital-backed medical device company focused on the presbyopia-correcting cataract replacement lens market. Visiogen was acquired by Abbott Medical Optics in late 2009 for $400 million cash at close.Mr. Hill has had senior executive experience with a number of private equity and venture capital-backed companies in health care services. Prior to entering the health care industry, Mr. Hill served as President and CFO of Buy.com, Inc. including at the time of its initial public offering in February 2000.During the 1990s, Mr. Hill served as the CFO of Walt Disney Imagineering and Disney Development Company. Prior to his Disney days, Mr. Hill worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs.Mr. Hill received a BS in Business Accounting from Brigham Young University and a MBA from the Harvard Business School.Mr. Hill has served on multiple corporate boards.
