*Starting at the age of giving birth for a new luxury 4-star resort in Phu Quoc Island, Mitchie was assigned to take care of all marketing activities for the first year of launching with average above 65% occupancy driven to sales*Building a brand story to inspire target audience based on customer portrait and resort concept aiming for a top of mind option for Phu Quoc high-end tourists ​*Budget control in both online and offline activities including social media, offline loyalty events, PR communication..

*Generally responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationship with customers, develop new business and sales opportunities and overall events management with paying attention to budget and time constraints*Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client’s needs and objectives*Event planning from start to finish according to client’s requirements, target audience and objectives that come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success*Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to be cost-effective and timing*Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
