In my Learning Design journey, I initially had no direct experience with many of the industries I engaged with. However, I quickly adapted by building strong relationships, asking insightful questions, and earning the trust of those involved. This approach enabled me to develop a diverse range of impactful learning solutions, from online dating coaching to sales enablement and solar industry training.I have designed curricula focused on enhancing sales performance, customer service, and productivity. By collaborating closely with key stakeholders, I conducted comprehensive needs analyses to ensure each project met its objectives—sometimes uncovering that a simple solution, such as a 'how-to' guide or a 'train-the-trainer' session, was all that was required.As a Learning Design Manager, I took on the role of project manager, successfully leading multiple projects simultaneously while overseeing a team of instructional designers. These projects spanned DEI initiatives, field technician operations, and onboarding videos. I also developed learning paths to enhance leadership capabilities and equip new managers with essential skills. In addition to my leadership responsibilities, I mentored and coached team members, supporting their professional growth.My mission is to empower individuals to reach their full potential and achieve their career goals through comprehensive and accessible learning opportunities.
