• Leads and directs the following functions: sales, operations, estimating, purchasing, human resources, information systems, vendor relationships, new business coordination, and company promotion and communication. • Domestic and Import sourcing of all required materials for timely completion of all projects.• Responsible for cost estimating and developing all client proposals.• Develops fixture take-offs and maintains inventory spreadsheets as well as establishes minimum on hand quantities based on the clients’ construction schedule. • Insuring that the execution of goals that cover operations, personnel, financial performance and growth are being met. Appraises and evaluates the results of overall operations systematically. • Directs the development and installation of procedures and controls, to promote communication and adequate information flow, and thereby solidify management control and direction of the enterprise. • Establishes policies to insure adequate management and development of staff and to provide for capable management succession for those functions/business units under the direct responsibility of the VP position. • Directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the CEO to achieve budgeted results based upon broad organization goals, objectives and other financial criteria, and to preserve the capital funds invested in the enterprise.

• Growth of sales within the assigned region and management of P&L of the distributors to ensure profitability of the company. • Development of marketing strategies designed for fabricators, dealers, architects, designers, builders and developers to promote the use of Caesarstone for surfaces.• Responsible for the oversight of distributors’ territories covering the Northeast from Maine to South Carolina, serving as liaison between distributors’ sales reps and Caesarstone.• Responsible for leadership, training and development of large groups of sales reps, giving the required tools to prepare the team in business development to achieve a successful growth of sales from 4M USD in 2006 to 15M in 2008. • Implement companywide objectives within the distribution channels and just in time inventory management to control costs and increase available cash flow.

• Perform micromanaging operations from sales, construction, purchasing, scheduling, project management, design, human resources, accounting to marketing, also serving clients in the capacity of general contractor. • Successfully managed to expand the business into the framing of condominiums, completing a total of 475 units in roughly 350,000 square feet; While simultaneously building ten new homes per year ranging in size from 2,500-8,000 square feet with an average annual gross volume of $5 million.
