I am a partner in the Corporate Practice Group of Davis & Gilbert and also a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee. I am involved in all aspects of the firm’s general corporate practice, focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions and general commercial matters. My general corporate practice involves negotiating and advising clients in connection with acquisition agreements, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, employment agreements and non-competition agreements as well as providing counsel on daily corporate matters.I have represented a number of major advertising, public relations and marketing communications companies in transactions involving the purchase and sale of both assets and stock, domestically and abroad as well as business owners and executives in the marketing communications and technology industries in connection with the formation and management of their businesses, including structuring and negotiation of shareholder agreements and equity incentive arrangements. In addition, I have significant experience in representing clients in cross-border transactions, particularly in Latin American.
