Manage the road-map and execution of several commercial software products in the modeling and simulation space. Lead the research and adoption of new software development methodologies in the areas of 3D Modeling and Simulation, MMO, web-based platforms, back-end API services, and cross-platform mobile and desktop applications.Lead the creation and implementation of architectural best practices for the development of 2D and 3D solutions. Manage the facilitation team for a large scale MMO 3D disaster training simulation for the federal government. Manage the operations team in charge of all customer hosted cloud-based solutions held within AWS, Azure, and co-located cloud platforms. Implement cost optimization strategies for our cloud-based operational footprint.Manage operational budget for software teams, system operations, research and development efforts, and commercial projects. Report to the board of directors on a regular basis the state of the business from a technical perspective. Brief board of directors on the technical direction of the market and recommend course correction as well as business opportunities to pursue.

(Stored over 1.5 million pictures in under 50GB of database storage)Designed and managed their data center to support operations achieving a 99.8% uptime.

Co-Managed the file server and print server clusters. Developed several software programs to aid in the management and administration of client workstations (over 1,500 workstations).Implemented and managed the first Industrial SQL Server in the company to collect over 200 data points from the production lines. Also developed an integrated web portal for the plant in order to make the information available to key decision makers.Working together with Plant engineering developed a HMI (human machine interface) to measure product weight at the end of a high speed production line. The information was then displayed through our Plant Management Web Portal to the mixer and depositor operators in order to identify weight variance earlier in the manufacturing process minimizing waste by over 30%.Developed a statistical correlation program to measure customer feedback with QA data in order to identify trends earlier in the product life-cycle.Developed the first company Laboratory Information Management System for the management of samples, laboratory users, instruments, standards and other laboratory functions such as plate management, and work flow automation. This improved the efficiency of the lab and the turn around speed of the test results to all five company manufacturing facilities throughout the US.
